【征文通知】 | 2025国际能源、生态与环境大会（ICEEE2025）将在柏林召开：火热征稿中

The annual meeting of the International Society of Energy and Environmental Science, International Conference on Energy, Ecology and Environment 2025 (ICEEE2025), will be held at Berlin, Germany on August 29-September 2, 2025. ICEEE will create such a forum for scientists, researchers, engineers and government officials home and abroad with cross-discipline concerning energy shortage, ecosystem degradation and environment deterioration, coming together to discuss and present the latest technology, new environmental policies as well as future direction and trends in energy, ecology and environment.

Bernhard Mueller院士

Bernhard Mueller教授是德国国家科学与工程院（acatech）院士、萨克森科学院院士、德国空间研究与规划学会（ARL）成员及塞尔维亚工程科学院外籍院士。现任莱布尼茨生态城市与区域发展研究所（IOER）所长、德累斯顿工业大学空间发展学教授，同时也是国际知名的德累斯顿莱布尼茨研究生院（DLGS）的发起人兼管理委员会负责人，该学院专注于可持续城市与区域发展议题。Mueller院士的专业领域为可持续发展以及城市与区域韧性。

Mueller院士曾担任德国主要非高校研究机构之一——莱布尼茨协会的副主席。他还曾担任多个欧洲研究项目的评估专家，以及德意志联邦共和国区域政策与规划咨询委员会委员和萨克森州环境研究委员会委员。目前，他是联合国“人居三”大会（2016年，基多）第六政策组“城市空间战略：土地市场与隔离”的成员。

Bernhard Mueller is a member of the German Academy of Science and Engineering (acatech), the Saxonian Academy of Sciences, and the German Academy for Spatial Research and Planning (ARL). He is also an international member of the Serbian Academy of Engineering Sciences. He is currently Director of the Dresden-based Leibniz Institute of Ecological Urban and Regional Development (IOER) and Professor for Spatial Development at the Technische Universität Dresden. He is also initiator and head of the Managing Board of the internationally oriented Dresden Leibniz Graduate School (DLGS) which deals with issues of sustainable urban and regional development. His professional interests are in sustainable development as well as urban and regional resilience.

Bernhard Mueller was a Vice President of the Leibniz Association, one of the major non-university research organisations in Germany.   He has been working as an evaluator for several European research programs. He was a member of the Advisory Council for Regional Policy and Planning of the Federal Republic of Germany, and of the Environmental Research Council of the State of Saxony. Currently, he is a member of Policy Unit No. 6 on “Urban Spatial Strategies: Land Market and Segregation“ for Habitat III (Quito 2016).

All papers will be peer reviewed before being accepted for ICEEE2025. The scientific committee will recommend high quality papers, which are presented at the conference, for further consideration of publication in the prestigious journals, including Applied Energy (Thematic special issue), and Energy, Ecology and Environment. Best Paper Award, Best Paper for Female Researchers, and Young Scientist Award will also be awarded.
